• Guests are strictly prohibited from conducting or permitting any illegal activities or actions that may cause damage to the hotel, its property, or infringe upon the rights of third parties.

• The Guests are fully responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their visitors, or any person for whom they are responsible during their stay.

• Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. For guests’ convenience and safety, in-room safety deposit boxes are provided for storing valuable items.

• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability on the relevant day and must be reconfirmed with the Front Office. Applicable charges may apply according to hotel policy.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation, unless otherwise stated in the booking terms.

• During the Guest’s stay, the Hotel reserves the right to request valid identification, such as a passport or national ID card, in accordance with local regulations.

• The Hotel operates a strict non-smoking policy in all indoor areas. In the event of smoking in the room or non-designated areas, a room recovery fee of 50,000 AMD will be charged.

• Pet Policy: Please note that our hotel is not a pet-friendly hotel. Pets of any kind are not permitted in the hotel premises, including guest rooms and public areas.

• A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the card prior to arrival.

• Payment for accommodation and additional services may be made in cash or by bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), in Armenian Drams (AMD) only, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

Security Deposit

Upon check-in, guests are required to provide a refundable security deposit of USD 200 or the equivalent amount in Armenian Drams (AMD).

The deposit is collected to cover any potential incidental charges or damages and will be fully refunded on the day of check-out, subject to a room inspection and confirmation that no damages or outstanding charges have occurred.

Children / 3rd Person Accommodation

• The additional accommodation charge for children aged 6–11 is AMD 8,000 per person, per night.

• Children up to 5 years of age stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with a parent or guardian.

• Please note: In case of two children under 5 years of age sharing the same room, an additional charge of AMD 8,000 per night will be applied.

• Guests 12 years of age and above are considered adults. The additional accommodation charge for a third person aged 12 and above is AMD 15,000 per person, per night.

• The breakfast price is AMD 7,000 per person.

• Breakfast is complimentary for children up to 3 years of age when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Force Majeure

The Hotel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to force majeure events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, acts of God, fire, power or utility outages, structural failures, or other unforeseen events.
